    Here's how a Practice Session works

    I'll start by sharing a quick step by step guide to setting boundaries, and how to handle rage and tears.

    We'll all pair up with someone to practice a boundary in a private breakout room on Zoom.

    You can practice a real boundary you know you have to set or a role play scenario that is 100% fictional.

    If you're not 100% comfortable being on video, you can also choose to be in a role play pair that uses chat.

    You pick the role play difficulty, so you can practice a range of scenarios that might arise in real life.

    Your partner will give you feedback on how your boundary felt to them, so you can improve the way you set your boundary in real life.

  • Practice Sessions happen weekly.

    Join a 90 min session whenever you need it.

    Every session is judgement-free. :)

    My journey with healing codependency started with a 6 year long toxic relationship that brought me to my absolute bottom, my hell moment. You can hear more about how I grew through that experience here.

    After fully leaning into my healing journey, I began coaching using Internal Family Systems and Schema Therapy, two of the most groundbreaking & scientifically proven therapeutic models that exist today. Each model gently helps us heal the subconscious root of our traumas to literally help us reprogram our neural networks. The result is a Life where we no longer have to suffer from the wounds we were burdened with when we were younger.

    Like you, I also asked myself why am I here?

    For me, it's to bring to the world a new healing modality that gently helps us heal our wounds in the safest way possible. It's a group therapy model, which I've been developing for the past 3 years that also heals subconscious root of our struggles in the gentlest possible way.
